Common questions
Can we bring in our old ledger or Excel records?
Yes. Houses, flats, members and everyone’s past dues can be imported from Excel at once, with a reconciliation report before go-live.
Do residents have to install an app?
No. They can pay straight from the SMS pay link. Those who want more can use the app.
Whose account does online money go to?
Directly to your organization’s bKash or payment gateway merchant account. We never hold the money in between.
What if a collector takes money but doesn’t record it?
Every collection sends an SMS to the resident, and collectors must settle cash against the system total each day. Collectors cannot delete entries.
What if the collector has no internet?
The collector app stores entries on the phone and sends them when the connection returns. The same entry is never sent twice.
Does it work for clubs too?
Yes. Clubs bill per member (by category), societies bill per flat or house — or both at once.
